Jennifer Rudich Ginsberg, LCSW, CSAT
I am a licensed therapist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), creator of original frameworks, and speaker with over two decades of experience guiding individuals and couples through addiction recovery, relationship healing, and deep personal growth.
My work focuses on disrupting destructive cycles, rebuilding self-trust, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
Clinical Approach & Expert Contributions
My approach challenges conventional models of healing from relationship trauma, addiction, and intimacy wounds. My model, outlined in Embracing Aloneness and The King’s Path, is designed to move clients beyond symptom management into deep, embodied transformation. By integrating attachment theory, trauma work, and behavioral interventions, I help clients break destructive cycles, restore self-trust, and step into relational integrity.
Beyond clinical work, I consult with treatment centers, train therapists, and speak at national conferences, including the upcoming IITAP Symposium 2025, where I will present Embracing Aloneness as a framework for healing relationship trauma.

I earned my undergraduate degree from New York University (NYU) and hold dual Master’s degrees—one in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC) and another in Jewish Communal Services from Hebrew Union College (HUC). I received advanced training from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP), the leading organization for sex addiction and trauma treatment, where I earned my CSAT designation.
